Is Jamiez assistant virtual or human?

The Jamiez app includes a virtual agent that we call Jamie Z. In essence, it is an AI-enhanced messaging app that helps our humans stay on top of your tasks and requirements.

How will I know the status of my projects with Jamiez?

The app features a dashboard that shows your schedule, storage contents, and checklists. You can even ask “Jamie Z. when is my next scheduled visit?” and have it read to you.

Are Jamiez services available in my neighborhood?

Jamiez is in only a few neighborhoods right now but we are accumulating interest lists for expansion, investments, and franchising. Send an inquiry to info@jamiez.com.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Memberships can be cancelled at any time, however there are no prorated refunds. If you need to pause your membership, you may do so for up to 1 year. Contact for details if this applies to you.

Do you offer both annual and monthly payment options?

No, our membership fee is an annual fee. It allows us to hire staff and deploy that staff efficiently over the course of the year.
