CAREERS
Do what you love, love what you do
Fueled by a singular mission to strengthen and uplift communities, we believe local employment is one of the pillars by which we will support this objective. We aim to build a culture at Jamiez that uplifts every employee, and in turn, every household we get the privilege to become a part of. Read more to see how we do this. And if you like what you see, book a discovery call to see if Jamiez might fit with your future.
At Jamiez, we believe in the power of people. Our mission is to simplify home management so households can focus on what matters most, and that philosophy extends to our team, too. We’re a group of problem-solvers, organizers, and community-builders who take pride in bringing ease and joy to our customers’ lives.
Meaningful Community Connections
Jamiez is a “hyper-local” endeavor. We want to build strong neighborhoods by supporting our neighbors. We strive to spotlight local vendors and artisans within the communities in which we operate.
People First
Jamiez is an essential household partner to our member-families. We have to be overwhelmingly kind, professional, and service-oriented. That starts with the a people-first culture - one you’ll want to be a part of.
Work-Life Balance
Living and working in your own community lends itself to connecting your work-self with your non-work self. This leads to a freedom of authenticity and a more enjoyable and balanced work-life.
Variety of Work Every Day
Our services are customized to our clients and since every client is different, they will need slightly different services. That variety helps break up the day and keep things interesting!
Adulting Classes
Learn the skills that were formerly taught in shop and home economics classes but on-the-job!
Flexible Schedule
Our clients have varied schedules and we want to be there for them. That’s why we embrace flexible scheduling!
Simon Seidler, Founder of Jamiez
“I want to create a space where new grads, new moms, folks in between careers — all from different stages of life within the same community, can come together. To live, learn, grow, and give back by investing in our mission to uplift neighborhoods, one home at a time.”
