This policy applies to information collected through the Site only. Where a formal engagement is established, additional data handling practices may be governed by the signed engagement agreement and the notarized Limited Power of Attorney limited to domestic logistics.

Consultation request information. When you submit a consultation request, we collect the details you provide in the form: your name, email address, phone number, household location, preferred contact method, and a description of your household needs.

Contact correspondence. If you reach us by email or phone, we retain the content of those communications and any details you share so we can respond and maintain a record of the inquiry.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log basic technical data such as browser type, device, referring pages, and approximate access times. This data is used for site operation and security and is not used to identify you personally.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to:

Respond to consultation requests and arrange private consultations; verify your identity and household details as part of our intake process; communicate with you about a potential or active engagement; and maintain records required for the responsible operation of our practice.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the consultation form to process payments, and no payment information is collected through this Site.

Where a formal engagement is established, relevant information may be shared with affiliated Jamiez subsidiaries or vetted partner houses to the extent necessary to coordinate household logistics, and only as permitted by the signed engagement agreement.

This does not apply to mobile numbers or text messaging consent, which are covered in the Text Messaging section.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Jamiez, our clients, or others.

6. Data Retention

We retain consultation requests and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain records of our intake process, and comply with any applicable legal or professional obligations. Records associated with a formal engagement are retained in accordance with the engagement agreement.

If you would like a consultation request withdrawn or your information deleted, contact the private client office and we will action your request where we are legally able to do so.

Jamiez takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information submitted through the Site, including secure hosting and access controls limited to authorized personnel.

No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.
