About Jamiez
Creating happier homes and stronger communities
We believe that when people have the support they need at home, there’s more room for life beyond the to-do list — and more opportunity to connect with the people around them. Jamiez is rethinking what household management can look like: one dependable support system, local expertise, and employment opportunities that strengthen our communities.

Our founder
A helpful neighbor with a bigger idea
Simon Seidler’s background is in tech law, but his instinct to help extends well beyond his professional life. Around the neighborhood, he’s also the person willing to roll up his sleeves, lend a hand, and help figure things out.
That instinct became the foundation for Jamiez.
Running a home comes with an endless mix of responsibilities. Some require a skilled pair of hands. Others take planning, coordination, or simply someone who remembers they need doing. Finding and managing that help can become another responsibility of its own.
Simon created Jamiez to make dependable support a familiar part of everyday life: someone you can turn to, people who know your home, and a team that helps carry the load.
Hyperlocal
Rooted in community
Willow Glen is our pilot neighborhood — the place where we’re putting the Jamiez vision into practice.
Starting locally gives us the opportunity to work closely with households, listen to what they need, and learn where support can make the biggest difference. It also keeps us close to the everyday details that matter: clear communication, thoughtful follow-through, and care for the homes we’re invited into.
As Jamiez grows, we want those personal relationships to remain at the center of the experience. Our vision for local support extends beyond the homes we serve. We’re exploring ways to support neighborhood schools and help customers extend a helping hand to others in their community.

Behind our logo
People and homes, brought together
The Jamiez logo starts with two neighboring homes. A circle represents the people who live and work there, and the letter “J” brings the shapes together.
The result is a person beside a home, suggesting a Jamiez assistant arriving at your door. A subtle smile tucked into the curve adds a sense of warmth and ease — a small reflection of how Jamiez wants support at home to feel.
Our commitment
Earn trust in the everyday
Welcoming someone into your home is personal. We believe trust grows through the small things done consistently: listening carefully, respecting your space, communicating clearly, and following through.
That’s the kind of relationship we’re here to build — one home, one visit, and one neighborhood at a time.

Let’s make a little more room for life
Tell us about your home, what’s on your list, and where you could use a hand.
